Good for Personal and Teams

Performance Template

Set goals and track the step-by-step progress of their completion, including useful statistical data.

Why will the Performance Template be useful to you?

Have you ever noticed how often we stop pursuing our goals halfway through? Sometimes, it even happens earlier. I’ve realized that I am personally motivated by visualizing progress — when I see the percentage scale filling up. I think I’m not the only one. That’s why I developed this template, designed to combine different visual methods for tracking progress, as well as break down the stages of achieving big goals into smaller steps.

This template is perfect for those who set goals and track their progress step by step toward achieving them. You can use it for both personal goals and broader team initiatives.

How Does It Work?

Let’s take the example of saving money for a trip. We define our Goal and its scope.

Goals and Plans

Next, with each new deposit, we create a new entry on the “Progress” page. For convenience, the title of the entry can be its serial number.

Updates to Plans

Now, we need to link our newly created records to the specific goal they are intended for. After all, you can have dozens of goals and plans, and to track progress accurately, we need to connect these two different databases using the Relation property.

Notion Relations

Depending on your goals, decide whether to convert the “Current Amount” property into a monetary value or simply leave it in a number format.

What is the Databases Page for?

The “databases” page stores the two previously mentioned databases and acts as an archive for all your plans and tasks. Do not delete these pages, as you will lose this template.

What are some other useful use cases for this Template?

This Template is perfect for sales teams who need to track and fulfill sales goals.

For example, the ‘Current Progress’ column provides data on what percentage of the overall goal each new sale represents. Let’s say 1, 2, and 3 represent “quarters”. This allows you to clearly see what percentage of the plan has been achieved on a quarterly basis.

The “Amount Left” column shows what percentage of the plan is still remaining. This value summarizes all progress and compares it to the overall goal.

Use Reports to analyze information even faster!

On the Reports page, you will find the following pre-configured reports, namely:

  • Weekly progress curve

  • The progress of each of your plans

The progress of each of your plans

  • The remaining progress toward the goal of each plan

Remaining progress

  • And the percentage of useful actions taken by each performer towards achieving the overall plan

Performers' progress

When you can see your own progress, it’s the best motivation for further achievements. There’s nothing more satisfying in productive work than watching the progress bar move closer to 100%.

Please note! On the free Notion plan, you will have access to only 1 Notion Chart. To be able to use all the pre-configured reports, you will need to subscribe to a paid Notion plan. This does not apply to automations. All configured automations will be available to you even on the free plan.

Keep all your goals and plans in one place, so you never forget about any of them.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Notion Template?

A Notion Template is a pre-configured page that contains various components (databases, tables, and other elements). You can duplicate the Template to your account to tackle your tasks and organize your work based on the workflow embedded in the template you’ve chosen.

How to Duplicate a Template?

You can find detailed instructions here.

Why pay for Notion Templates when you can create your own?

Of course, you can always create a Template yourself. However, in my paid Template, I’ve condensed all of my experience in management (both self-management and team organization).

Additionally, my Templates often include complex Notion formulas, the customization of which can be time-consuming. As a result, my Templates will help you save a lot of time.

Why are some Templates so expensive?

I’ve thoroughly researched the market and realized that my Templates are quite unique. They’re packed with a lot of useful functionality, and their key feature is the ability to collect and process statistics for your tasks and projects.

Additionally, some Templates offer rare functionalities that are challenging to customize.

But the most important thing is that my most expensive Templates are designed for teamwork. This means that when you buy them once, you can use them with your entire team—whether you’re working alone, with 40 people, 200, or any other number.

So, when you look at it that way, the Templates aren’t really so expensive anymore :)

Is the payment secure?

Yes, the payment is absolutely secure and is processed by a payment system https://wayforpay.com/en

Is there a money-back guarantee?

No, once someone accesses the Template link, I can no longer guarantee that the template won’t be kept, even if a refund is requested.

However, my videos and the information on the site provide a very detailed overview of the template’s functionality and features in advance.
